About Jason
Dr. Davis is a Fellowship Trained, Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He specializes in Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine and General Orthopedics. He has extensive experience in hip and knee replacement, treatment of fractures, and sports related surgeries such as rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair and other arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder and knee. He currently serves as the Medical Director as well as the Chair of the Total Joint Program at Methodist McKinney Hospital. Dr. Davis is dedicated to providing compassionate quality care to McKinney, Allen and Richardson, as well as the surrounding North Texas communities.
Dr. Davis earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He subsequently completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Dr. Davis was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army after nine years of service and went on to complete a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the University of Colorado in Denver.
In his spare time, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an active member of Frisco First Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and LifeGroup Leader. He also likes playing recreational sports, mountain biking and spending time outdoors.
